Dear SpongeBoB, To upload a picture/photo,go to http://cubancouncil.com/friendster/backgroundimages.html. Upload your picture/photo there. A new window will open up, and next to the field marked "Direct link to image" you will find the Image URL. Copy the URL. In the post reply screen, press the 'Image' beside '-List' or ' Link'.
